If you would like to make payments on your cruise fare and pre-paid gratuities you may do so via credit card (Amex, Discover, MasterCard, Visa) at any time. Download and complete the Convenience Payment form and mail or fax to Group Cruises Unlimited. The final payment is due no later than June 22, 2011. If you elect Travel Cancellation insurance, it will be due at that time.
You may use more than one credit card for a convenience payment and the final payment. Please use a separate Convenience Payment form for each credit card. Each credit card will be validated separately and approved funds must be allocated for each card.
If you want to use the same credit card on file that you used for your initial deposit, put USE CARD ON FILE in the Card Number field.
Please note that your FAX will be sent as an email attachment. If you are sending information for a different credit card than you used for the initial deposit via FAX DO NOT ENTER YOUR COMPLETE CREDIT CARD NUMBER. Just fill in the first four digits and the last four like this: 1234XXXXXXX4321 or leave the credit card number blank. Group Cruises Unlimited will call you to obtain the missing info.
